Chicken Pot Pie Cupcakes

Talk about a perfect April Fools' Day dinner.  Sorry, I should have posted this earlier for you.  I guess I was kind of in denial that April was already here.  Maybe I'll repost this for you again next year!  Telling the fam that you are having cupcakes for dinner.  It wouldn't be a lie...they might even be happy once they realize they have been fooled and try these. 

2 cans of biscuits
1 cup cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
a dash of salt and pepper on top of each cupcake

Mix all of the ingredients (except the biscuits) in a bowl.

Spray a cupcake tin with cooking spray.  Press biscuits into the pan, making little biscuit like bowls.
Spoon mixture into the biscuits.

Bake according to directions on biscuit package.

Yummy!!  And look at the dreamy creamy inside!
